2. Service Description

ShiftSync is a free, browser-based AI-powered shift scheduling tool that provides:

• Mathematical scheduling algorithms (Panama Plan, Dupont, Pitman, DDNNOO, 4x4, and 20+ more)
• Roster generation, optimisation, and display
• Export functionality (PDF, Excel, Print)
• Staff management with skills, leave, and availability tracking
• Compliance tracking, fatigue management, and shift swap management
• Multi-language support (50+ languages)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
• Verify all generated schedules comply with applicable labour laws in your jurisdiction
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your scheduling data
• Take full responsibility for final scheduling decisions and their employment law compliance

4. Free Service Model & Monetisation

ShiftSync is provided free of charge. To sustain operations, we use the following revenue streams:

• Affiliate Partnerships: We earn commissions when you purchase tools through our affiliate links at no extra cost to you
• Voluntary Donations: PayPal, cryptocurrency, and gift card donations
• Voluntary Sponsorships: Company/NGO sponsorships with no return obligation

We reserve the right to: display advertisements, modify features, implement premium tiers (with 30 days advance notice), and accept or decline sponsorships at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

ShiftSync's code, design, algorithms, and branding are the intellectual property of ShiftSync. You may use the Service for your own scheduling needs but may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of ShiftSync without written permission.

6. Sponsorship Policy

ShiftSync welcomes voluntary sponsorships from companies, non-political NGOs, and aligned organisations. All sponsorships are unconditional — sponsors receive no influence over ShiftSync's features, content, editorial decisions, or operations. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any sponsorship that conflicts with our values or mission. PRIVACY POLICY

2. Third-Party Services

ShiftSync uses these third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

6. International Users

• ShiftSync is not liable for scheduling conflicts, errors, or legal non-compliance
• Always verify schedules with qualified HR or management oversight

2. Service Availability

ShiftSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices and browsers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ShiftSync and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (which is $0 for free users)
• We are not liable for data loss due to browser clearing, device failure, or user error
• We are not liable for third-party service failures (Google, Cloudflare, ad networks)
